Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice in your business name, so you can claim input credit. Add your GSTIN at checkout.
Is the price for the complete machine?
Unless the product page says otherwise, sewing machines are sold as a complete set: machine head, stand, table and motor. Cutting machines are sold as a single unit.
How is the machine shipped and how long does it take?
Machines go by road transport in protective packing. Dispatch is within 2–4 working days of payment and delivery usually takes 4–10 days depending on your location. The shipping charge is shown on the product page and in the cart.
Will you help me set it up?
Yes. After delivery our technician guides you on threading, tension and basic settings over a video call. Spare parts and service support are available after the sale.
Can I pay after seeing the machine?
You can place the order with "Confirm on call". We call you, share photos or a video of the exact machine, and then you pay by UPI, bank transfer or online.
What about warranty?
All machines carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, wrong voltage or unauthorised repair is not covered.
