Returns & Warranty

All machines carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, wrong voltage or unauthorised repair.

Because machines are heavy and shipped by transport, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a machine arrives damaged, inform us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
